PRGF-Endoret® is a patented technology that isolates and concentrates the body's own growth factors from your blood. These proteins signal cells to multiply and repair damaged tissue — naturally and without external substances.

blood sample
A small amount of blood is drawn directly in the clinic — similar to a normal blood test.

centrifugation
The blood is centrifuged in a closed system. During this process, the desired plasma fractions are gently separated and concentrated.

plasma collection
The prepared plasma is carefully extracted. It contains the body's own growth factors, which can support the healing process.

Application
The PRGF is used directly in the treatment — as a liquid, as a gel, or as an autologous fibrin membrane, depending on the clinical situation.
How PRGF works in the body

PRGF-Endoret® is not a medication or a foreign substance — it is concentrated autologous blood. The growth factors in your blood platelets signal to the body: repair needs to happen here. Faster, more targeted, and with less reaction than without.
Growth factors
Blood platelets contain proteins that stimulate cells to divide, migrate, and repair tissue. PRGF concentrates these to 2–3 times that of normal blood — directly at the treatment site.
No leukocytes
Unlike other PRP systems, PRGF-Endoret® does not contain white blood cells. Leukocytes increase inflammation and pain. Their absence is the key reason for the excellent tolerability after the procedure.
Fibrin membrane as a depot
A body-own membrane is created from the plasma, which releases growth factors in a controlled manner over several days. This way, the regenerative effect remains active not only at the moment of treatment, but throughout the entire healing process.
